July 26th, 2016 - US Army Corps of Engineers approves construction.

August 5th, 2016 -Students arrive in DC with 160,000 signatures.

January 2017
- US Army Corps of Engineers is advised to rush their updated assessment per then president Donald Trump.

Febuary 8
- Easement granted to Dakota Access, LLC.

Febuary 22nd - Sacred Stone Camp removed.

March 3rd, 2017 - First Dakota Access Pipeline leak.

Today (9/26/21),
as I made this page, I heard of the passing of Myron Dewey of Digital Smoke Signals. Myron provided the World some of the first looks at what was going on at Standing Rock. From his drone shots, to his interviews on the road.
He kept us informed and inspired, may we all keep living our truth as he always did.
