Statement

Humans be-ing: will the archives of our generation capture the fullness of our stories, our contradictions, our beauty? Will they offer future dreamers something beyond the global narratives that press us into sameness? I often wonder if those who walk the Earth a century from now will know the forest light and ocean waves as lived experiences—or if they will encounter them only through our archives, perhaps even through artificial reconstructions. These questions shape my practice. I am moved by those who came before, who tethered speeches, songs, and images into archives that resist erasure. From their work, we observe both failures and triumphs of humanity. Carrying a pen, a camera, and now a brush, I join this continuum, creating records I hope will guide future seekers toward consciousness and connection.

My work engages with light—natural, human, and inner—as both subject and archive. Through writing, photography, video, and painting, I attempt to document the fleeting beauty of existence while offering pause against the relentless pace of our systems. Whether capturing the details of a leaf, the light of a human gesture, or dreamscapes born in meditation, my practice is an act of witnessing and of care. The process itself is grounded in stillness, observation, and an openness to what emerges when expectations fall away.

For me, art is not only expression but also inquiry. Each piece asks: Who are we? What are we? Why are we? What is our collective home, Earth? These questions, persistent across time, guide my effort to merge inner sensing with outward form—ideas in motion born from energies in motion.

Ultimately, I see my practice as both archive and offering: a record of light in all its forms, and a beacon for those yet to come. By preserving and presenting the beauty of our common existence, I aim to cultivate reflection, joy, and accountability amidst the chaos of our era. My hope is that these works invite others to step outside of rigid definitions, to listen deeply to nature and to one another, and to imagine systems rooted not in separation, but in collective possibility.

Be Peace.
